So... I checked out Jamaligarden and they do have some really nice garden stuff. I found a few planters and decor pieces I liked, and the selection is decent overall. That said, some categories felt a little limited, and there were a few styles I was hoping to find that just weren’t there. Not a bad experience at all, I just wish there were more options to choose from.

These artificial flowers are okay, and maybe I was expecting too much, but I thought they’d look a little more realistic. From across the room they actually look really nice, and the colors are pretty. Up close, though, it’s obvious they’re fake. They work fine for simple decor, so I’m not totally disappointed, I just keep wondering if I was being too picky or if they really could’ve looked a bit better

I ordered a few garden items from JamaliGarden, and most of everything showed up as expected. One item wasn’t the exact color I picked, and there was a small mix-up with the quantity on another item. It wasn’t the end of the world, but if someone is paying for specific items, it’s only right to make sure the order is checked properly before shipping. Customer service did respond and helped get things sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that. Overall, it was okay, but they really should be more careful on the packing side

Box came in the good shape, neat and with no damage at all. Happy with how it showed up.

I’ve reached out and tried to get this sorted, but so far it still doesn’t feel like there’s been any real help. Maybe it’ll get figured out eventually, but right now I’m sure I’m just going in circles.

I reached out to customer service about an issue and it took a while for them to get back to me. When they finally replied, it didn’t really solve anything, which was kind of the whole point of contacting them. I kept having to follow up, and even then I never got a clear update. Maybe they were busy, but still, it felt frustrating.

Yeah, I don’t think I’d order from them again. I kept thinking, “Maybe it’ll turn out fine,” but the whole experience just wasn’t worth it

The stuff I ordered looks nice, and shipping was fine enough, nothing arrived broken, so I’ll give them that. But the prices feel a bit high for what you actually get. After I placed my order, I found really similar garden items for less on other sites, which was frustrating. I was also a little confused because the website made it sound like one thing, but the overall value didn’t really match what I expected. Unless there’s a big sale, I’m not sure I’d order again.

I tried paying twice, but the checkout froze both times. Maybe I was already impatient because I was trying to get it done quickly, but after I refreshed, my cart was empty and I just didn’t have the energy to start over. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

The plants showed up looking decent, so I can’t really complain there. I mean, they were healthy enough and basically what I expected. But wow, the shipping felt kind of expensive for what it was. Overall it was okay, maybe good, but also a little annoying because of the cost

It was mostly like what I saw on jamaligarden, but a couple things felt a little off, especially the size and finish. It’s not a bad item at all, I just thought it would match the description a bit more closely.

The item looked almost exactly like the pictures, though the color was just a tiny bit lighter in person. Not a big deal at all. i was happy with it, wait, why is lighting always so tricky in product photos?

The site was easy to use overall, but a few garden items I wanted were out of stock, so I had to settle for different ones. The prices seemed reasonable, but the stock info felt like it hadn’t been updated properly. I also got the feeling that nobody really read my message about it, which was a bit frustrating. Not a terrible experience, but not great either

I was actually kind of surprised how easy it was to find everything I needed. Checkout was simple too, so I guess I can’t really complain. It all went quicker than I expected.

I wanted to like these, but the natural pieces were just way more inconsistent than I was hoping for. I get that natural materials can vary, but some looked so different from the others that it stood out right away when I laid them out on my kitchen table with my coffee still sitting there. Just not the look I was going for.

I don’t know, the return wasn’t as easy as I expected. Like, support did reply, so it wasn’t totally ignored or anything, but everything just felt really slow. I had to keep following up to find out what was going on, and the refund took way longer than I thought it would. Just a frustrating experience overall.

The shipping, though, definitely took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was super helpful... if you enjoy guessing games. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I definitely wish it had arrived a bit faster.
